Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene purposes, Kultured Koils maintains a strict but fair returns policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Hair must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Lace must be uncut and untouched

  • Tags must remain intact

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging

Return Process

  • All approved returns and exchanges are issued in the form of store credit only

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Kultured Koils does not provide return labels

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact our support team to initiate the process. Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for you to place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Wigs or bundles that have been worn, styled, dyed, or altered

  • Products with cut lace or removed tags

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Monetary refunds are only issued if a wrong item has been sent and cannot be replaced.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Kultured Koils is not liable for packages lost in transit or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance

  • Filing a claim with the carrier may be required
